Trump’s worshipers would follow him off a cliff. If he had told them to wear masks, they would have. Imagine where we’d be now, instead of where we are – with cases increasing in almost every state, as we head into winter (when people spend more time indoors) and flu season. With more bitter division than this Moderate has seen in his lifetime. Moderates, do we want four more years of that? Or new leadership uniting us to overcome our challenges TOGETHER? Think carefully about that, and if you haven’t already – VOTE.
Moderates, don’t allow political fiction to become political fact. Visualize an emboldened, unleashed 2nd-term Trump – then VOTE accordingly.
Moderates, if you agree CHARACTER is important, TMM suggests America simply CANNOT entrust Donald Trump with another four years as president. The damage already done would be magnified in a second term - when he wouldn't have to worry about facing voters again. So please, DO NOT vote for Trump; otherwise, we’ll all be saying “WTF” (the old meaning) for another four years. Remember that – and VOTE.
Let’s compare President Trump and VP Biden, using our Moderate Leadership Test (MLT), on RESPECT FOR SCIENCE. Moderates, to ensure scientists SEE your respect, and we GET new leadership we desperately need - VOTE.
The “worst president for our environment in history”, as Trump was described by nine leading environmental organizations, faces resistance from countless groups, businesses, industries, and individual Americans, determined to protect our environment and climate. Remember that, Moderates – and VOTE.
What’s something (almost) all of us agree we MUST cut out? How about violence, or the threat of it? The Bible informs us: The Lord tests the righteous, but His soul hates the wicked and the one who loves violence (Psalm 11:5). Let’s compare President Trump and VP Biden, using our Moderate Leadership Test (MLT), on NONVIOLENCE; since TMM believes CHARACTER is as important as candidates’ positions, if not more so.
If you knew which TV classic that line came from*, you might be a Boomer – and you might decide this election. What might God “get” us for? Maybe lacking compassion for others? So let’s compare President Trump and VP Biden, using our Moderate Leadership Test, on compassion – especially since TMM believes CHARACTER is as important as candidates’ positions, if not more so.
TMM reminds Moderates that candidates’ positions rarely match 100% of our own. A better question: all things considered, which candidate is more likely to lead our country in directions I want us to go? Ponder that one, Moderates – then VOTE.
Worthy of consideration, Moderates? If so, suggest it to your senators, representatives, and local news media. But whether you agree or not, be sure to VOTE – you might decide this election.
Moderates, if you want our beloved country to get off this hypocrisy hayride – and show partisan senators they can’t dictate our future – ACT NOW. Contact YOUR senators*, demand they act honorably – not hypocritically – and fulfill Ginsburg’s dying wish, waiting to fill her seat until after the election. Punish hypocrites: support their OPPONENTS’ campaigns; volunteer for them; and above all, VOTE for them.
